About Our Home Inspection Company

I am privileged to be a home inspector serving High Point, Greensboro, Kernersville, Thomasville, Lexington, and the surrounding areas.

For more than a decade, Home Spectors has provided honest and objective inspections. We were one of the first home inspection companies in North Carolina to provide numerous types of services. These include: home inspection, termite inspection, radon testing, and water quality test. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.

Local experience, Home Spectors has provided hundreds of home inspections in the triad and triangle areas. Each area is different and comes with it's own unique set of obstacles. For example, High Point had several water supply lines that would often burst. The utilities department has since replaced most of the aging lines. Greensboro, has several pockets of homes high in Radon Gas. The average cost to mitigate a home with Radon is $2,500.00. When choosing your home inspector it is important that they have knowledge and experience with the local market.
